Flow Cytometry

The Flow Cytometry Core is located in W290 of the Abigail Wexner Research Institute at Nationwide Children’s Hospital. We offer several platforms for flow cytometry analysis and cell sorting, and also provide training for independent use of the cytometers and data analysis. access to Flow-Jo analysis software is also provided via site license. Consultation services for advanced experimental design, data analysis, figure preparation, or scientific writing are provided upon request.

Immune Monitoring

Within the Flow Cytometry Core, is Immune Monitoring. Immune Monitoring Core offers multiple full service platforms of immunological testing. Services include: sample processing, cryopreservation/archiving, ELISA, ELISpot and PCR assay testing, analysis, and reporting. Pricing may vary based on customized needs.

After hours operation of cytometers available for trained users only.
